The EDI relationship of Volkswagen/Audi with a partner in the supply process "production material" always starts with the delivery instruction (LAB). Volkswagen/Audi favor EDI with a Point-To-Point link. We will have to agree the admission of VANS.
Steps to set up an EDI Link to Volkswagen/Audi
1. Please fill correctly and completely all EDI parameters and information of the EDI application form which are marked with M (=Mandatory), C (=Conditional) and A (=Alternative). You will find a description of the required parameters in the appendix to the EDI application form.
2. For an EDI link to VW and VWN (station-id R11 Wolfsburg) or to Audi (Stat. R21 Ingolstadt) please send the EDI-application form - as an e-mail attachment - to the receiver mentioned in the application form. Please find the EDI application form in the folder Downloads.
