Dear EDI partner, 

Since 2007 the Volkswagen plant in Brussels (plant number 46) is part of the AUDI AG. This has absolutely no effects on the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) within the logistics area. Due to technical reasons the AUDI plant in Brussels is considered as a Volkswagen plant.

You will receive the Delivery Schedules and Daily Call-Offs for plant 46 by the delivery schedules of all VW plants - please send us Advanced Shipping Notes using the logical file name for Volkswagen.

Information concerning VDA4913

From the 11th of October 2011 we will use a new EDI converter software processing the VDA4913 messages. The new EDI mapping will strictly check, if one file contains only one initial record 711. 

Messages with more than one record 711 will be rejected. In this case you will receive an error email.

VDA 4913 Errorreport

Suppliers who send their advanced shipping notes (ASN) to Audi, Volkswagen, Lamborghini and Škoda in the VDA 4913 format, will receive an e-mail notification if the data are incorrect. 

The e-mail notification is available in German and English. Should you have any questions concerning the email notification, please contact the responsible EDI contact person of the respective brand.
