Becoming partner on our Group Business Platform: What does that mean?
You will become an authorized user of our Group Business Platform by a multi-stage registration process. As a user, you will have access to activated applications and information services.
The registration process
The registration process consists of six steps which you need to complete as a prospective partner of the Volkswagen Group.
Base for registration is the D-U-N-S® number, which is used as unique key.
1. Enter your company data
At the first step you need to enter your company data into the form sheet.
Please make sure that the company name and the type of company is written
correctly.
2. Enter the registrar data
Please enter your personal contact data. The registrar is responsible for the
registration of your company. During the entire registration process he is contact
person for the Volkswagen Group.
3. Check of your data by the Volkswagen Group
The Supplier Integration Team (SIT) checks, if your company and registrar data
are corresponding to that Dun & Bradstreet data. After a successful check, the
registrar will receive the access data.
4. Accept the B2B User Agreement
With the first login you need to accept the B2B User Agreement online.
Additional you need to send a signed copy back to the Volkswagen Group within
6 weeks.
5. Fill the Supplier Database
The Supplier Database is the business card of your company for the Volkswagen
Group. Here you have to fill in further information, for instance, contact person, the
business areas as well as an ability range of your company.
6. Nominate a Company Administrator
The Company Administrator is responsible for the administration of the users
and rights of your company. At this point, the registrar can decide, if he will take
over the administration or, if he wants to nominate another person of your
company.
