Should your rights by restricted due to a modification of the GTCU, you can file an objection to the change in the CTCU within 2 weeks after such change. Upon expiry of the deadline, the modified GTCU shall become valid without any objections. If you lodge a complaint about the change within the deadline, the former GTCU shall continue to be in force. Volkswagen AG, however, is entitled to terminate the usage of the service with a deadline of two weeks to the end of a month. Moreover, for individual platform applications in the private area, other, applications-specific terms and conditions of usage can apply.
